Time for a Change

Over a decade ago I handed in my resignation at the ski and bike shop to chase down the dream of creating two-wheeled media as the Editor/Content Director of a new cycling website. Though I started out shooting photos and writing stories about mountain biking in 2012 I changed my focus: capturing and sharing the radness of mountain snowmobiling. For several years I operated a freeride sled website and contributed photos, articles, interviews and reviews to snowmobile magazines as well.

With the recent sale of my sled and all my dedicated sled gear I have shifted again. My new focus isn’t anything new, but a trip back to my roots. The passion for photography and writing all started with my first obsessions in life; fishing and hunting. These were the reasons I got my first camera and I still remember writing an article, something along the lines of “How to Catch Pike for Kids” before I ever hit my teen years.

Until moving to western Canada much of my life was shaped in hunting camps and on the water in Ontario with my Father and Uncles. I hope I can share the same excitement for the outdoors that they shared with me with you through my photography and words. I’m excited to start down a new path and would be stoked if you follow along. If you are interested in working together or would like to inquire about possible partnerships and content creation please shoot me an email.

See you on the water or the mountains.
